HMS ATA Temperature Gauge

The HMS ATA Sea Surface Temperature unit was originally designed byATA in response to the requests of many members of the longline swordfishing industry who asked for an accurate, fast responding and easily installed unit which would display temperature in hundreths of a degree Fahrenheit

The rapid reponse of the HMS ATA Temperature Gauge is due to the fact the transducer is a medical quality sensor and is directly exposed to the seawater - not buried in epoxy or surrounded by solid brass

One of the unique features of this unit is the ease of installation. The transducer is installed through the hull from inside the vessel. There is no need to haul the boat or hire a diver. The transducer may be removed anytime for inspection

The HMS ATA Temperature Gauge is equipped with "HI" and "LO" audible and visual alarms which can be set by the user from a few hundreths of a degree to several degrees above or below the actual temperature. This feature allows the user to detect a critical temperature change without constantly staring at the display

HMS MIT Watch Alarm

The M.I.T. Watch Alarm provides an audible and visual alarm in the wheelhouse at short or long intervals as selected by the power key function switch. The person on watch can reset the pre-alarm at any time by pressing the Reset button. Any failure to reset within one minute of the pre-alarm sounding will cause an external alarm to sound and lock on. The 120dB external alarm will provide warning to the rest of the crew of a potential problem. The external alarm can only by deactivated with the key.

HMS MIT Alert12

The Alert12 System monitors bilge water and gas fumes all in one unit. It will detect propane & gasoline fumes before they reach explosive levels, abnormal bilge water levels and abnormal engine room temperatures when the optional sensor is used. When unsafe conditions are detected an internal audible alarm will sound (an optional external alarm is available). The solenoid valve feature provides automatic shut-off for your propane tank in an emergency.

The M.I.T. Alert will detect many types of gases, however it is factory calibrated using propane gas.

HMS MIT Multi Bilge

The M.I.T. Multi Bilge can be connected to as many as four water level sensors and provide audible and visual alarms in the event of a high water emergency. An optional 120dB
external alarm can be connected to provide additional warning to the rest of the crew of a potential problem.

HMS MIT NLP-15B & NLP-20 Navigation Light Panels

Each panel is enclosed in a fire retardant fiberglass box. Each operates and monitors the port, starboard, masthead, stern, anchor, fishing and N.U.C. lights.

Green LED indicators on the panel illuminate when lights are turned on to indicate that lights are working. If a light fails, the appropriate green LED will go out.

When a light fails, in addition to the green LED going out, a loud piezo buzzer will sound and a red flashing LED will visually alert you to a problem. The piezo buzzer may be silenced, however the blinking red LED will continue to flash until either the light is replaced or the Aux light is selected.

The NLP-20 is a dual light monitoring system so you can, if necessary, switch to-and monitor your vessel’s auxiliary lighting.
